Heart is A Ok Praise God

Well, I took our little man back to the Dr. today, I could not wait another 2 weeks, and his heart is fine. She listened and heard no murmur at all. She commented that she didn't want to worry me before but she was worried about him. I didn't tell her but I could tell by the look on her face last time and can read people pretty well so I was worried. She said he had a significant murmur and with him having strep back to back I guess strep can cause an issue with the heart. Praise God he is fine. I was also concerned because his tonsils are still quite large but she said that it could take a month for them to go completely down because of having the strep back to back.

I still can not send texts to you. It sends but comes back saying something went wrong.

Preying Mantis Catch

Paxten caught his first preying mantis. He was so interested in it. It did get lost in the house for a couple hours but turned up on a cup.

I did get your text. Thank you for the information. About the part were you were sorry and regretful well, you are forgiven so walk around with your head held high. Remember if you are walking with God, your daddy is the King and any confessed sins are forgotten.
I still don't know why I can not text you. My husband has been really busy but when he gets time he was going to look into why it won't send them. He thinks it might be a change with metro and is going to check the site to see if I need to add something in the email address when I send them. I know nothing about any of that. My computer knowledge is just trial and error and lots and lots of error.:)
The heart thing has really weighed on me. His appointment for the recheck is mid July but I am going to try to get him in at the end of next week. I am praying that when we go back in it is gone. If they hear anything I am going to push, insist, that they do an echocardiogram. He has and appointment to go back to the dentist in August just for a cleaning but without the echo I won't take him.

Family Heart Conditions?

Paxten had strep throat about a month ago and woke up Wednesday morning saying his throat hurt. He didn't really eat good Wednesday morning but I gave him a ice pop to cool his throat, I thought maybe it was just dry because he sleeps with his mouth open and snores, in about an hour he seemed to be fine and ate a big lunch. He played all day yesterday and never ran any kind of fever. This morning he woke up crying his throat hurt and I looked in his mouth and his tonsils were so swollen they were both touching the ulva thingy in the back of his throat. I gave him a glass of water but he gagged on it and couldn't swallow it but still no fever. I called the doctor and got him in today. Well he has strep again, they did swab him, but they asked how long he has had a heart murmur. He hasn't. She wanted him back in 2 or 3 weeks to recheck it. She is hoping that maybe his body is just under stress from the strep. We are praying that there is no murmur when we go back.
His chin looks good and is healing well.

Is there any family history of heart issues? The doctor asked and I told her that I would ask you.
I have tried texting through email your number, the other number you gave me and the phone you texted on the other night but they don't look like they are going through. They send but I get a message back saying they didn't. Must be something with my email but I am not computer smart enough to figure it out. So please let me know you read this blog post. You can either comment here or text. If you text I will let you know on this blog that I got it.

Our Baby Can't Fly

I have been responding to your text but I don't think you are getting them. Our little guy tried to fly today. He sailed right over my bed and hit the toddler bed.
Here he is with the numbing cream on his chin. He didn't need any numbing shots the cream did the trick. That and I had people praying.
Here he is being a ham. We told him he looked like santa.
Here are his 3 stitches. You would have been so proud he didn't shed a tear. He just layed back on me and they cleaned it and stitched it after the numbing cream of course.
They put the dissolving stitches in and said they should stay 5 to 7 days. It has been a late exciting night I am going to hit the pillow.

Todays Quotes

What our little boy said today......
First we were having some work done to the outside of our house and one of the workers took off his shirt. Paxten points and said," Me no like his boobies!"  Thats our boy. I cracked up.

Then one of my older kids was getting braces today and Paxten was all into looking into his mouth and watching the lady do her job. I asked him if he was going to be a dentist when he grew up. He said,"No me no like butterflies on my shirt." I said what. Then I noticed she had butterflies on her scrub shirt. To funny.

Then the lady said to my other son is everything ok sweetie, do you need to rinse. Paxten then mocks her saying, "Hehehe sweetie you ok, hehehe sweetie, sweetie!" I then excused us to take him out in the waiting room and do puzzles. :)

We may just have ourselves a little comedian. That is good because laughter is good like medicine.

Don't Put Beads in Your Blow Hole

I was taking all of the beads out of my daughters hair and unbraiding her braids when Paxten put two beads in his nose. He thought he was being funny at first and was saying look mom. I looked and he had a bead in each nostril. I told him it wasn't funny we don't put beads in our nose take them out. He took the one out and got a panic look as the other bead went further up his nostril. Now you know I was a little panicked because I didn't grab the camera, instead I grabbed the tweezers. I thought I was going to have to take him to the er but I squeezed at the top of his nostril and reached in with the tweezers and pulled it out. That one aged me a bit.:)

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

He had his face painted at a friends house the other day. He was a little tiger. He was walking around saying grrrrrr.

I Have Replied

I have gotten your text's and replied but you must not be getting my reply because you just sent one saying you hadn't heard from us lately. We got the picture texts they are very cute, last weekend I think Friday and I did reply. I still have to print them our printer is messing up. Paxten was better after 24 hours of being on the antibiotic. He did have strep. He finished up his medicine tonight. I hope you see this I will keep trying to reply. I don't know why they aren't going through.

Bug Catching

We are working on fine motor skills the fun way. I got some shredded paper, a little bug container, tweezers and little plastic bugs. He dug through the paper catching bugs with his tweezers. He loved it.

I just noticed Paxtens eyes in this picture when I was posting on my family blog. I need to watch that to make sure he isn't having tracking issues.See how the one is turned in and the other is looking straight ahead. This could cause problems when he is learning to read. Hopefully it is just a fluke thing.
