Happy Halloween

First Snow of the Season

He prayed for snow the night it was real windy. He got it. He was so happy when he woke up and looked out the window. He didn't want to eat breakfast or get dressed he wanted to go out in his pj's and bare feet. I had him eat, get dressed and put on all the snow gear. I am so mean.:)

Last Warm Days of the Year

 

This is how our little man spent the last couple of days. He really liked being able to play outside with no coat and ride his four wheeler. He also likes giving his little sister rides.

These two are funny together. They are 7 months apart but are in different classes right now at church. Church is the only time they are ever really separated and when they see each other after church they always run up to each other and hug. Paxten will usually tell her he made his craft just for her and she will say thank you and look what I made you and hand him her craft. It is so cute.

Twenty Four Piece Puzzle

He put this twenty-four piece puzzle together all by his self. He got it off the puzzle shelf sat down and put it together. He was so excited to show me.

 

 Notice the shirt.;) This is his favorite one. He wants to wear it the moment it comes out of the dryer.

 

Can I share a little secret? I can be a perfectionist. I was in the middle of making lunch when he finished his puzzle so I grabbed the camera real quick and snapped a couple shots. It was a big moment for him he was really excited.  I downloaded these and he isn't looking in any of them. Ugg. The perfectionist part of me wanted to delete them because they are not perfect but the moment needs to be cherished so I will let it go and share it with you.:)

Proud of His Pumpkin

That is his just get the picture taken so we can start the pumpkins already smile.

 He did not like the pumpkin guts on his hands.

 Look at his little face. You can tell he is proud of his pumpkin.

 Pretending to kiss the frog he did on his own. He is a funny boy.

 

When Paxten comes in from being outside and says I have a surprise for you lets just say I won't shut my eyes and hold out my hand.:)

Counting Pumpkins

 

He was counting the pumpkins and putting the correct amount on the correct number. He should be more than ready for Kin. in 2 years.
