Lazy Saturday

The thought crossed my mind today that he is going to be 4 in less than 3 months. Wow he isn't going to be a baby anymore but a big preschooler. He will always be my baby boy the youngest boy and your baby boy your youngest boy.
This is what I got when I asked for a smile.
He is just hanging out today throwing around his bouncy balls. He broke my same picture frame twice throwing those around with his brother. Boys.

Haircut, I Will Move

I was giving haircuts and it was Paxtens turn. I said come here and sit on the stool so I can give you a haircut. He said he didn't want a haircut. I told him he was getting a haircut, it was his turn. He said I will MOVE. I laughed. I said if you move you will have a bald spot. He got on the stool and sat still. He hates having the little pieces of hair on his back.

I tried uploading pictures but for some reason it is not loading them. I will try again later tonight or tomorrow. Technology and I have a love hate relationship.:) I hope all is well with you.

Hi MaMa Kim

It's been a hectic week but we wanted to say hi!
Our smart little man now knows 22 US states consistently, 24 unconsistently.:) We have a big map and will place little stones on the states he knows or we are working on, then we will ask him to name the states and he keeps the stones or we say where is Utah and he will grab it. We call this The State Game and even work on counting as we count the stones to see how many he got. Sometimes we will use a food treat instead but it is harder now that he knows so many. We also got a wood puzzle for Christmas that has all the states as individual pieces and we play with that too. I love the preschool years. They are little sponges and everything is fun is you pretend it is a game.:)

Sea World

Jan.1st was our Sea World day.

Petting the dolphins.

Walking out of the aquarium holding hands. This picture warms my heart. I love how these two turn peoples heads. They will change the world. Even at the beach today and while we were seeing Elmo people watch these two because they are so close and always walking together, playing together and hugging each other but yet don't fit the worlds picture of brother and sister.

He loved this hat but it had a price tag of $29.95. Not going to pay that for a hat so I took a picture of it for him.

Around his neck is one of the glow neclaces. It was dark at 5 and we wanted to be able to keep track of him in the dark and in a crowd.
