Ducks in Kansas

Last week we spent a few days in Kansas.

Here Paxten is at a farm.

He wanted in that water to catch one of those ducks.

Did You Eat Him?

Paxten loved his stuff especially the hat! Here are some pictures and a cute story.

Paxten was wearing his hat and I asked him if he knew who got it for him. He said yes MaMa Kim with his big smile. I then asked him because I am trying to keep things open and help him understand things so they seem common to him who MaMa Kim was he just kept his smile and said MaMa Kim. I said you were in MaMa Kims belly. He said when I was a baby? I said yes. He said MaMa Kim eat me. I started laughing I said no MaMa Kim didn't eat you, you grew in her belly. He just smiled and continued to play. It was to funny not to share with you.

I did get your text. You live an eventful life. I will be praying for healing for your mom and peace for both of you and also for the other situation for protection for you and the little boy.

Paxtens smile is his trademark. He lights up the room with his ear to ear smile. I also love  the look of wonder in his eyes when he catches his bugs, frogs and toads. You can almost see his little brain working and trying to file his observations. Maybe we have a little scientist or doctor on our hands. I also wonder if he will be a comedian or preacher because he is compassionate and loves to make people smile.

He swam in a pool, lake and river this week. He has no fear of the water.

More Critters From Camp

We did get the package and the text pictures. He loved it all. The hat is funny, he loved it. I will post pictures soon. We were gone for a week at camp. Paxten had a blast. He is becoming quite the little bug and critter catcher. He is Mr. Personality winning everyones hearts at camp.
